Join a growing, forward-thinking accounting firm doing big things for small and medium-sized businesses.

Augur Accountants is disrupting the market by delivering accounting services that go far beyond compliance — from expert book-keeping and payroll to strategic fractional CFO support. About the Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our payroll and book-keeping services for a range of SME clients. Working closely with our experienced team, you will help ensure accurate and timely financial processing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the accounting profession.

You will work primarily from home, with occasional in-person meet-ups to collaborate, share ideas, and improve how we operate. At Augur, every team member is encouraged to contribute to our mission of being the best accounting firm for SMEs.

Working hours are flexible based on 2 days per week, and can be agreed over the week to suit you.  This role includes pro-rata annual leave, pension and financial support for home working including contribution towards ongoing expenses and providing the necessary equipment to work safely and comfortably.

We are offering a pro-rata salary of £33,000-£37,000 depending on experience.

This is a perfect opportunity for people returning to work, looking to work flexibly around family commitments, university students or recent graduates.
